Demolition, Build, Customize
The game does really capture the satisfaction of tearing stuff apart and putting it back together, taking out garbage, ripping off broken furniture weirdly therapeutic. After that, you go to work: digging, mixing cement, laying bricks, and finally making something from scratch.
You also have free rein over the design. Paint the walls in any color, go crazy with floor patterns, and change everything right down to roofs, balconies, and of course, the garden.
